Return & Credit Policy
ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED TO SALAKI, REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION BEFORE THE MERCHANDIZE IS RETURNED. MERCHANDIZE RETURNED TO SALAKI WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. SALAKI WILL ISSUE A CREDIT FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED TO SALAKI IF THE DEFECT OR DEFICIENCY IS A RESULT OF OUR ERROR.
If you return an eligible item, your refund will be in the form of a SALAKI Gift Certificate, which will be automatically applied to your account. You should expect a merchandise credit to your account immediately upon receipt of the returned merchandize. We will notify you once we've received your package and credited your account.
Send the original item (if it is eligible for return) back to us via an economical method and, if the return was the result of our error, we'll reimburse you for the shipping costs once we receive it back. Customers seeking reimbursement for international return shipping must provide a copy of the return shipping receipt from the carrier to SALAKI in order to process the return shipping reimbursement request.
For an item to be eligible for return, the following must apply:
- The item must have been pre-approved for return prior to being sent back to SALAKI . A Return Authorization Number will be provided to the customer upon pre-approval.
- SALAKI must receive the returned item within 21 days from the date the item is delivered to you. During the holidays, we are extending our returns window. Returnable items shipped between November 1, 2012 and January 11, 2013, may be returned until January 31, 2013.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and not altered in any way, shape, or form.
- When returning multiple orders at the same time, please include the correct return documentation, stating the Return Authorization Number for each item.
